I'll Be Home for Christmas

When I first met Asik, he was the lead singer in my brother's band in Singapore. This fall, he decided to stop by Vancouver for a short visit. It has been two years since the two met up. They instantly picked up where they left off and bonded like it was just yesterday. At times, they are a clear resemblance of Harold and Kumar, in their own special way...

It's been a little over a year since we started our journey together as ammé photographie, and we can't believe we've achieved so much during this short time. Friendship | Susan & Andrea

Susan and Andrea had asked us to do a friendship boho chic-themed photoshoot. It was a beautiful sunny day and these two braved the heat, barefoot and all. You can definitely see the strong friendship between them and they were a lot of fun to photograph! Susan is also featured on one of business cards! Enjoy! :)

A little over a month ago, we had a photoshoot centered around flowers with beautiful Minnie. We actually photographed this in her apartment garden, and the lighting that day worked well for us. :)

Portraits | Eugene

Had a quick photoshoot with the talented lead singer, guitarist, and front man of The Jägerbombers. Eugene has been playing guitar for almost 7 years now. He takes great care and pride in his collection of guitars. After selecting his two most prized guitars, we began our photo session. We encountered a stag while shooting outside, munching on some vegetation. It felt so magical to be able to see such a beautiful creature up close. Check out The Jägerbombers' facebook page here.

Had a fun day with high school friends and baked this beautiful cake!! It was so yummy! Just wanted to share it with everyone! :)

Late last week, I had the opportunity to shoot these two friends who had known each other for five years. Ida and Jennifer were both very sweet and shy. We spent the day downtown along Coal Harbour. The weather was perfect with clear skies and a full blast of sun. Their energy and vibe were so in sync. Best friends are hard to come across; these two are lucky to have found each other ♥
