Wedding | Jade & David

Two people from two different worlds collided in a place where they never expected they would find their one true love. Their story is incredibly touching, and I was really excited and overjoyed to help document their intimate wedding day. It was amazing to hear both their parents, neither of whom speak English fluently, talk to both Jade and David about how they are glad to have gained a new addition to their family, and are so accepting and loving of them both regardless of their different upbringings and background. Jade is originally from China, whereas David is from Peru. Despite English also being neither of their mother tongues, their love transcends all barriers as they love each other for who they are.

I photographed the wedding for Jun Ying under Kunioo as I am now their second shooter and videographer. The wedding was held in early December, and as ammé photographie, we are very lucky to have been able to capture a wedding before the New Year. We feel this year will be full of updates and amazing photographs to be shared with everyone. :)

Very sweet. They skyped David's mother in from Peru to be a part of the wedding. :)

Lots of smiles and laughter throughout the wedding. :)
