Serene Winter | Amity & Dave

Amity and I have been friends for a decade now. I have always known her to be a fun-loving person who never ceases to amaze me in her charm and determination as a person. Although I didn't think it was possible, along came Dave who helped take her outside of her comfort zone. To me, Amity was fearless and brave and confident, and here he was, sweeping her off her feet and taking her to epic outdoor adventures along British Columbia and teaching her how to rock climb too! I also experienced my first outdoor rock climbing with these two this summer on a camping trip. As such, when they decided to choose Lynn Canyon in North Vancouver, I thought it was such a perfect venue for their couple photoshoot since they love the outdoors. Luck was even on our side as it snowed a few nights before, so we were able to capture very serene and beautiful photographs with a white wintry backdrop.

Couple | Amanda & Phil

During the winter break, I was able to photograph an adorable couple who are currently in a long distance relationship. Amanda and Phil are very sweet together, and you can see the love they have for each other. It's in their eyes, their smiles, and the way they interact with each other. They hand-sew angry bird dolls for each other and wore matching sweaters! Amanda even sew on hearts on each of the sweater's sleeves! How cute are they!? You'll gush at how cute they are when you look at the pictures!

Couple | Theresa & Justin

As you might know, Theresa is one of the newest members of our team. She is an extraordinary photographer who knows her lighting, angles, and how to position her clients in such an effortless way. We at ammé photographie learn a lot from her and the way she photographs.

This particular photoshoot was of Theresa and her boyfriend Justin. They are such a cute couple, and both creative like-minded individuals. I had a great time shooting them with their awesome accessories and fun props! The photoshoot took place in Port Coquitlam near Rocky Point. The weather was superb as well. ♥
